Description
From Ethiopia come the Arabica coffee, most likely from the region of Kaffa (hence the word “coffee” is derived from some scholars of the subject). It is a town north of Djimah, which gives name and adjective to this coffee. The population is Limu, where the coffee is pre-roasted by wet, giving a grain of oval shape, film, medium to light acidity, which gives a balanced cup of excellent flavor.
