Description
The production in Indonesia of Arabica Coffee is very limited, being found mostly in the island of Java. Of them, the most appreciated one is cultivated in the mountain range of Idjen, in heights ranging from 1,000 to 1,700 m; the volcanic soils of this sierra, deep and fertile, give its fruit a strong flavor, slightly chocolaty, despite having a low caffeine content.
Its approximate caffeine content is 1.20%.
